Psychotherapy, therapy, counseling, these are all terms to describe the process of challenging thought patterns, gaining insight into one’s emotions and behaviors, and creating new, healthy thought patterns and coping skills. I utilize a diverse mix of therapeutic tools, based on evidence-based practices and mindfulness such as; Neurofeedback, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)(MBCT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), depending on the needs of my clients.
Art has always been a healing force in my life and has become a valuable addition to my work in the field of psychology. After completing a dual M.A degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy, I began to focus on my specialties in Anxiety Disorders, ADHD (certified specialist), Gifted & Talented (Twice Exceptional) and Women's Issues (including Postpartum Mood & Anxiety Disorders-PMAD).
I work with a variety of populations, including; Adolescents/Teens, Adults, Pre-marrital Counseling / Relationship Issues, and Parenting. To learn more about Neurofeedback services check out www.kbgintegrativemind.com or contact email@example.com

I enjoy bringing a creative component into my work with clients. Mindfulness and Art therapy can be incredibly effective tools in helping to process different life events, thought patterns, and emotions. They can also become powerful coping skills that can be used outside of the therapy session. You do not need to be an experienced meditator or artist to experience the benefits of Mindfulness or Art Therapy. They are offered to any client who is interested in utilizing these powerful techniques.
